Privacy Policy — Goat & Sheep Manager

Evergreen Agro Products ("we", "us") operates the Goat & Sheep Manager mobile app and web app (the "App"). This policy explains what information the App collects, how it's used, and your choices.

Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and password (handled securely by Google Firebase Authentication — we never see or store your password ourselves). If you're invited to join an existing farm by an admin, we also store the role you're assigned (e.g. admin, manager, supervisor).

Farm data you enter. The App stores the farm records you and your team create, including animal records, health and vaccination history, breeding and weight records, feed and finance records, and team member information. This data is private to your farm and is only visible to accounts you or your farm's admin have explicitly added.

Automatically collected information. We use Google Firebase to host the App's data and to run a small number of backend functions (e.g. adding a new farm, inviting team members). Firebase may automatically log basic technical information (such as device type and general usage timestamps) as part of standard cloud infrastructure logging.

How We Use Information

To provide and operate your farm's account and records
To let farm admins manage their team (invite, assign roles, remove members)
To send you account-related emails (email verification, password reset)
To maintain a free trial and, if you subscribe, to manage your subscription status

We do not sell your information. We do not use your data for advertising, and the App does not display third-party ads.

Data Sharing

We do not share your farm data with third parties, except:

Google Firebase, which stores and processes your data on our behalf as our cloud infrastructure provider, under Google's own data processing terms
Razorpay, which processes payment for web-based subscription purchases, if you choose to subscribe via our website
If required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Evergreen Agro Products, our users, or others

Data Retention & Deletion

Your farm's data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account or farm data deleted, contact us at support@evergreenfarms.in and we will process your request within a reasonable timeframe, except where we're required to retain certain records by law.

If a team member is removed from a farm by an admin, their access is revoked and their login credentials for that farm are deleted; the farm's own records remain with the farm.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for farm management by adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
